All deposits made to Conch 'N Around Charters are non refundable.  However, if your charter is cancelled by us due to weather, mechanical malfunction or any other reason deemed liable by us, you will receive a full refund.

Public Tortugas Charters: These charters are high in demand.  They may only be rescheduled to a later date if the trip you are currently on has at least 4 people for the trip to run.  A gift card for a future date will be issued in the event that you need to cancel outside of 7 days. 

Any cancellations made within 7 days will be deemed forfeit for the entire amount of your charter.

 Private Dry Tortugas:  Clients may reschedule their charter to a different date within 14 days prior to your booking .  We will do everything we can to accommodate your dates if you cannot make the ones you already reserved.  Any cancellations made 7 days prior will result in a gift card for a future charter of your choice.  Any cancellations within 7 days will be deemed forfeit for the entire amount of your charter.
