All deposits made to Conch 'N Around Charters are non refundable.  However, if your charter is cancelled by us due to weather, mechanical malfunction or any other reason deemed liable by us, you will receive a full refund.

Public Tortugas Charters: These charters are in high demand and require a minimum of four people to run.  Once booked, you may rescheduled to a later date if you are the only one on the booking for that charter date.  No refunds will be given unless the trip is cancelled due to weather or mechanical failure on our end.  If you do not know the date that you would like to reschedule, a gift card in the full amount of your deposit will be issued.  Any cancellations made on a booking with other customers will be deemed forfeit for the entire amount of your charter.

 Private Dry Tortugas:  Clients may reschedule their charter to a different date within 14 days prior to your original booking .  We will do everything we can to accommodate your dates if you cannot make the ones you already reserved.  No refunds will be given unless the trip is cancelled due to weather or mechanical failure on our end.  Any cancellations made 7 days prior will result in a gift card for a future charter of your choice.  Any cancellations within 7 days will be deemed forfeit for the entire amount of your charter.
